Aatman Academy was selected by Bain & Co for its pro-bono consultancy services in April 2021. The Bain team were keen and inspired to work with Aatman because of our inclusivity and customised learning approach in the field of education.  The main area of focus was to revisit and rework the Aatman operating model as well plan on a long term sustainability model. The Bain team in a series of monthly workshops with the leadership team deep dived on challenges faced by the school, had lengthy discussions on the operation and financial model Aatman followed. The data provided by the school and the parent survey feedback helped in developing a concrete step by step plan which gave a clarity on the way forward to be followed for the next phase of Aatman journey.
