Apply for the CHILD Course

Here is a checklist of documents that you would need to keep ready to be attached with the CHILD Course Application form:

FOR ALL APPLICANTS: Resumé & Documents

  • Please attach you updated CV with your latest PHOTOGRAPH (preferably PDF format only).

    We would like to know details about your

    • Educational Qualifications (SSC - onwards);
    • Previous work experience;
    • Other interests and hobbies;
    • Achievements

  • Your recent photograph

  • Photocopy of your Aadhar Card

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS ONLY FOR APPLICANTS OF THE TATA TRUSTS GRANT:

In addition, if you wish to be considered for the TATA TRUSTS Grant you would also need the following documents to be attached with your application. (Please note, that only those applicants with a family income of upto 8 lakhs per annum are eligible to apply for the TATA TRUSTS grant.)
  • FAMILY DETAILS

    (One document with the following details in a tabular format) Please attach a file with Family details viz.

    • Name of the family member;
    • Relation {mother, father, spouse, child};
    • Occupation;
    • Annual income { in ₹ INR}

  • OTHER DOCUMENTS

    Please upload following documents:

    • Any ONE of the following:
      • Latest salary slip; OR
      • IT Returns; OR
      • Form no. 16; OR
      • An income certificate
    • Income proof of all earning member

  • Forms filled from a non-Gmail account will not be able to upload files (attachments).
  • Please check your responses thoroughly before pressing the submit button. Forms once submitted cannot be edited.
  • Please ensure that every attachment file has your name in its title.
