Namaskar! I am Padmaja – Head (HR) and CHILD Course – Coordinator. A Graduate in Psychology, and a P.G.Dip(HR) I’ve been an HR – Executive  with Wimco Ltd, and later a home tutor. In my 8 years of being at Aatman Academy, I have found MYSELF. Work has been a pleasure, with each new day challenging and beckoning me to become a better version of myself. Being awarded the ‘Role Model Learning Facilitator’ at Aatman has been my highest point of happiness and a re-discovery of my strengths!
