While inclusion is a principle that garners widespread agreement, truly practicing it – especially within teams -remains a significant challenge. The iSEAD program aims to help organizations build an ecosystem of inclusion by ensuring meaningful & genuine buy-in from all stakeholders through an intentional effort.

For Organisational Teams and members across all levels

Minimum 10 and maximum 20 per group

Depends on the frequency of sessions chosen by the organization – One per week will run for 10 weeks or one per day will run for 10 days.

A mixed representation of varied stakeholders from different levels, in each group
