Inspired by the work of Isha Foundation, Aatman acknowledges the importance of inner well-being, mindfulness, and spiritual awareness in nurturing mental balance and emotional resilience through various Isha programs.
Sarayu Nritya Kala Mandir
The encouragement of Indian classical arts through Sharayu Nritya Kala Mandir helps students connect with cultural heritage while developing discipline, grace, and self-expression.


OT Occupational Therapy


Additionally, Occupational Therapy (OT) services play a vital role in supporting the diverse learning needs of students, with or without difficulties, enabling them to build functional skills, independence, and confidence—thereby promoting balanced, steady, and well-rounded development across all age groups.
“Aatman Saptahik Milan” and "Bal Gokulam"
The Aatman Saptahik Milan Sangh conducts two community activities. “Aatman Saptahik Milan” held every Saturday from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m which includes Ekatmata Stotra, Amrut Vachan, Subhashit, light exercises, yoga, recreational games, and concludes with Bhagwa Dhwaj Vandana.
Bal Gokulam” takes place every Sunday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. for young children and girls. These sessions are mainly play-based with songs, stories, and stotras to nurture values and cultural learning.
