Deeply intuitive and a keen observer makes me an empathic Learning Facilitator at Aatman. The strengths of a Learner and Developer helps me to simplify learning for the student. Currently, I am excited about pursuing a Postgraduate programme in Special Education!!

Hello. I am Sandhya Bhoir and a post graduate in History. I am part of the Accounts and Administration department of Aatman Academy. I am the happiest when the school echoes with sounds of children’s laughter. My workplace makes me feel happy, positive and optimistic. The gentleness and humility with which I work is appreciated here and I feel most valued.

I am Sharvari Koli, an ex-student of Aatman Academy (2016–17), now working as a Supporting Facilitator for the AAVA group. A creative and positive person, I love painting and enjoy adapting to new situations. Working with children brings me immense joy. Being back at Aatman Academy is truly special—it's an enriching journey that allows me to grow while giving back to the place that helped shape who I am.

Namaskar, I am Shilpa P. Joglekar. I have completed my B.A, B.Ed and ECCEd. Working at Aatman Academy as a Learning Facilitator was something I was longing to do for the longest time! At Aatman I have learned to channel my passion into a productive career, learning myself and also helping my kids learn about new concepts in different ways. I have the innate talent in me to push the students to develop in their strengths and work on their weaknesses.

Hi! I’m Shraddha, Head of Curriculum Design & Planning.  A Hotel Management graduate by qualification, Aatman was a pure chance. After doing a diploma in Special Education and Counseling from TISS, Aatman is where I feel at home. I’ve been a state level Badminton player and that has helped my personality. Being analytical, consistent and harmonious helps me develop my team and bring out the best in them!

Hello I am Sunita, Head of Administration & Accounts. A graduate in Commerce I have a rich work experience of 20 years before I joined Aatman. I feel privileged to be a part of Aatman since its inception. The positivity Aatman Academy exudes makes it the most ideal workplace. Aatman is my "Sarvasva" and the "Maximiser" talent in me will always work for its benefits.

Namaste, I'm Uma, a Learning Facilitator at Aatman Academy. I facilitate  the learning of Physics, Chemistry and Themes. I am a Physics graduate, in addition to  holding a 'Diploma in International Trade Management' and a 'Master's Diploma in Software Engineering'. I was a Team Lead at reputed telecom company. Aatman has come to me as a blessing. I like working with the team and kids at Aatman the experiences bring out the best in me. I have a keen interest in understanding the epics 'Ramayan' and 'Mahabharata'.
