Namaskar! I am Sharayu. A PG (Marathi) and D.Ed.I facilitate the learning of Marathi at Aatman Academy. I have experience of teaching in 3 schools before I joined Aatman. But Aatman, my current workplace has given me self-esteem, self-reliance and every opportunity to do substantial and meaningful work in education. Through my passion for writing poetry and short stories, I am able to touch the hearts of my learners and strike a deep chord with them. I enjoy implementing acting based methods during my class transactions.

Namaskar, I am Shilpa P. Joglekar. I have completed my B.A, B.Ed and ECCEd. Working at Aatman Academy as a Learning Facilitator was something I was longing to do for the longest time! At Aatman I have learned to channel my passion into a productive career, learning myself and also helping my kids learn about new concepts in different ways. I have the innate talent in me to push the students to develop in their strengths and work on their weaknesses.

Hi! I’m Shraddha, Head of Curriculum Design & Planning.  A Hotel Management graduate by qualification, Aatman was a pure chance. After doing a diploma in Special Education and Counseling from TISS, Aatman is where I feel at home. I’ve been a state level Badminton player and that has helped my personality. Being analytical, consistent and harmonious helps me develop my team and bring out the best in them!

Hi, I am Shruthi, an Arts Based Therapy practitioner with a background in Psychology. A Nature and Art lover, I love bringing the world of wonder from Nature and Art to anyone in need of it. My journey in the field of Psychology and Arts Based Therapy has revolved around growing as an individual, in addition to bringing the world of colors, music, dance and pure joy to every child and adult, to learn, explore and heal.

Hello I am Sunita, Head of Administration & Accounts. A graduate in Commerce I have a rich work experience of 20 years before I joined Aatman. I feel privileged to be a part of Aatman since its inception. The positivity Aatman Academy exudes makes it the most ideal workplace. Namaste I am Swapnil Chinchanikar, a Learning Facilitator with Aatman Academy. A Post Graduate in Botany by qualification I’m on a journey of discovering myself ever since I joined Aatman. It is one of the greatest feelings I have. Aatman has helped me express myself and realise my potential. Walking into Aatman was a chance, but today it is my proud choice. I’m a trained classical vocalist and have a deep aesthetic view towards all forms of arts.

Namaste, I'm Uma, a Learning Facilitator at Aatman Academy. I facilitate  the learning of Physics, Chemistry and Themes. I am a Physics graduate, in addition to  holding a 'Diploma in International Trade Management' and a 'Master's Diploma in Software Engineering'. I was a Team Lead at reputed telecom company. Aatman has come to me as a blessing. I like working with the team and kids at Aatman the experiences bring out the best in me. I have a keen interest in understanding the epics 'Ramayan' and 'Mahabharata'.
