Pre-Registration Instructions

This is a competition in which stakeholders of an organization can participate.

An organization can fill multiple registration forms and participate in more than one genre. However, the selection jury will decide which of the presentations will move to Round 2.

Please note there are only four main categories of organizations and participation fees for each one is as follows:

NGO : 200/- per entry

School/ College: 500/- per entry

Corporate and others: 1000/- per entry

There will be 3 rounds:

Round 1: Application round

Round 2: Selection round where a jury will shortlist finalists

Round 3: Finals at Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium on 30th April

Only online registrations will be accepted.

The first 25 complete entries will automatically qualify for Round 2.

Here is a handy checklist to refer to before filling the online registration form:

Audio mp 3 file with your song AND/OR Video file with a sample of your dance and its music

Your final video on INCLUSIVE BEST PRACTICES at your organization along with quick self-intros of each participant. This HAS TO be attached with every registration (this film must not exceed two minutes)

Your IMPS/NEFT details

Please note:

Aatman Academy will not be held responsible for views and opinions expressed by participants during the FIST Fest.

Aatman Academy will not be liable to pay any expenses towards participation in the FIST Fest. (e.g. conveyance/travel, costume etc.)

Payments once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Aatman Academy reserves the rights to shortlist applications for the FIST Fest. *
